QUICKSIGN publishes a website accessible at www.quicksign.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The purpose of these general conditions of use is to define the terms and conditions under which QUICKSIGN makes the Website available to its Users. Any use of the Website by the User implies the consultation, understanding and acceptance of these general conditions of use.

The present GCU and the content of the Website are governed by French law.

The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted to the competent French courts.



The GCU are concluded for an indefinite period.

QUICKSIGN reserves the possibility to change them.
