QUICKSIGN attaches great importance to the confidentiality of your personal data and undertakes to make every effort to ensure their protection, in accordance with the European Regulation No. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016 “GDPR” and the French law “Informatique et Libertés” of 6 January 1978 as amended (hereinafter, together, the “Regulation”).  

In its capacity as Data Controller, QUICKSIGN collects personal data about you on its website, accessible at the address “www.quicksign.com” (hereinafter the Website). 

The purpose of this privacy policy is therefore to inform users about the personal data we collect on the Website and the way we use them in strict compliance with your rights. 

 

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA? 

According to the GDPR, “personal data” is information about an identified or identifiable individual. In other words, personal data is information that provides information about you.

You may be required to transmit personal data to us via the Website.

The Personal Data collected are related to :

  • Your identification: this includes data such as name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number. 

When collecting your personal data, the mandatory data are indicated in the collection forms by an asterisk. Failure to provide this mandatory information may make it impossible to provide our services.

 

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes: 

  • Management of your demo requests,
  • Management of your registrations to our public and free events, 
  • Management of commercial prospecting. 

 

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES OF OUR PROCESSING?

The purposes listed above are based on your consent when required by law and the legitimate interest pursued by QUICKSIKN, in this case the conduct of development activities.

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

Your personal data is kept for 3 years, from the date of collection or the last contact, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL. 

After this period, your personal data will be deleted. 

 

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

Your personal data is strictly confidential and is intended primarily for our internal services authorized to receive it. 

The data collected is intended for us in our capacity as data controller. 

Except in the case of legal, accounting or judicial obligations, we do not transmit your personal data within the framework of the processing carried out by QUICKSIGN in its capacity as data controller.

WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

 

HOW DO WE ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA? 

QUICKSIGN is a service provider of remote identity verification and qualified signature in accordance with the eIDAS regulation. 

Concerned about the security of your personal data, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure their protection against the risks inherent in our processing operations. 

We take all the necessary precautions, whether physical, logical or administrative, with regard to the nature of the data processed and the risks presented by the processing that we carry out, to preserve the security of your personal data and prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. QUICKSIGN has thus integrated in its security perimeter the ANSSI’s referential on the subject, the IT hygiene guide. 

Among these measures are the management of authorizations for data access;

  • reinforced authentication of access to our tools encryption of personal data;
  • access control, security of workstations, servers, networks, administration, nomadism, maintenance of IS security, supervision, alerting, auditing and incident management etc… 
  • QUICKSIGN is also audited annually by PASSI auditors (qualified information systems security audit providers). 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS ON YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

In accordance with the provisions of the French law “Informatique et Libertés” of 6 January 1978 as amended and the RGPD, you have the following rights regarding the use of your personal data. These rights may be subject to conditions, limitations or legal exceptions.

It allows you to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed and to receive a copy of this data as well as certain information related to its processing.

  • The right of rectification 

You have the right to obtain the rectification of your personal data which are inaccurate and to have them completed.

You can, in certain cases well defined by the regulation, obtain the erasure of your personal data. 

  • The right to limit the processing of your data

In certain cases, you have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of your personal data.

  • The right to object

You can object at any time and for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data.

  • The right to the portability of your data

You have the right, in certain cases, to request to receive the personal data you have provided to us and to transmit them to another data controller.

  • The right to withdraw your consent

You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent for processing requiring your consent. However, such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior to such withdrawal.  

  • Right to submit a request to a supervisory authority
