Gender Equality

For the year 2022, QuickSign is proud to present for the first time a score of 100/100 in the gender equality index.

As a reminder, the index, drawn up by the French Ministry of Labor, measures pay disparities, disparities in the distribution of individual pay rises, the percentage of female employees who received a pay rise after returning from maternity leave, and the number of women in the 10 highest-paid positions.

QuickSign’s indicator scores for 2022 are as follows:

  • Gender pay gap indicator: 40/40
  • Gender pay rise ratio indicator: 35/35
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10: 10/10

QuickSign is committed to ensuring an inclusive environment, and undertakes to pursue the actions in place in terms of professional equality between women and men.

Our commitments:

  • Although the sector in which QuickSign operates has an overall gender imbalance, we are keen to encourage the hiring of women, where the profile and skills presented for recruitment are equivalent.
  • Equitable distribution of the increase envelope and objective of identical rates of increase between women and men with equal skills, performance and seniority.
  • 100% increase for women returning from maternity leave
  • Increase parity at all levels of the organization.
